You can easily hide veggies in smoothies for your kids. Along with berries, bananas, yogurt, and oats blend in some spinach into the smoothie. It will give the smoothie a fun green colour that will be fun for the kids. Your kids will not be able to notice the taste at all. Kale is another option to add to a fruit-veggie smoothie if you don’t have any spinach to use.
